As we are carrying out the work directly you can be assured of the quality and we are able to quickly resolve any issues, request any additional details required, give instant feedback on any queries and keep you updated on current status of you accounts.

Remote Bookkeeping for Small Companies

• Collect your Documents - At the end of your choosen period (Monthly,Quartly,Annually) we will contact you to arrange collection of your Documents and issue you with an invoice. If you prefer you can drop your documents to our premises at your convienance.

• Process your Documents - We process all of your Documents (Bank Statements, Invoices Raised, Invoices Recieved, Expense Claims) into an electronic format.

• Reconcile all transactions - Once we have worked through your Documents we reconcile all transactions and ensure that there are no gaps or missing details.

• Control Accounts - Once we have ensured your records are full and complete we will update all control accounts and produce summaries of all invoices, reciepts, payments and summaries of all monies owed to and by the company.

• VAT Returns- If your VAT registered we will send you a breakdown of you required return and payment details in a simple format making it easy for you to submit online, or we can arrange to submit on your behalf if you prefer.

• Trial Balance and Management Overview - We will issue you with an updated trial balance and a management overview of your companies performance for the period.

Working From Your Premises & Larger Companies

• Agree on a fixed monthly Fee - We meet with you to discuss your position and requirements in detail and agree a fixed monthly fee that works for both parties, or if you prefer we can work on a hourly basis. Either way we will offer you an unbeatable rate.

• No need to change your systems - If you are happy with your current systems then you do not need to change on our account. We are skilled with multiple systems.

• Clear any backlog and resolve any historical issues - If things have slipped or you are not happy with how some transactions have been handled historically we will work to quickly get things up to date in a satisfactory manner, at no additional cost.

• Advise and Implement on Process Changes - We will carry out a full review of all current processes and implement additional controls where required and advise on any possible streamlining of existing practices, we will also address any areas of concern you may have with the way things have been done in the past.

• Ensure continual improvement - We will constantly review and respond to changes in your business, your needs and regulatory requirements and legislation.

• Work to reduce your costs - We constantly strive to reduce our charges by improving effiecency and reducing the level of work required by your accountants at year end.
